Who knows of the conspiracy?
Who knows that Mrs West took down false notes of evidence dictated by
Judge Simpson
and that she did provide transcripts of that false evidence,
purportedly given by two police
officers, out of a crimonal trial?
A - Mrs. West herself, who has steadfastly
refused to commit herself by certifying her
transcripts as being a true account of the evidence as she is required
to in line with the
rules governing verification of transcripts and ignoring two orders
of the court inviting her
to certify them as being an accurate account of the evidence.
Mr H. Shepheard: legal officer out
of the Treasury Solicitor's office who served and filed
a purported defence on behalf of Judge Simpson and Mrs. West without
providing a single
particular that answered the facts relied on in the statement of claim
contrary to the rules
and who filed and served same same without the purported defence being
approved by
Mrs. West and without any material being provided by her.
The LCD who instructed the Treasury
Solicitor to act in a legal capacity for Simson and
West and who permitted the action against them to be unfairly/unlawfully
struck out as
disclosing no reasonable cause of action by a District Judge.
Mrs. Justice Smith, who, after holding
that the claim plainly discloses an alleged cause of
action dismissed my appeal permitting the order of the D/Judge to remain
on the court record.
LJs Saville and Morritt who in the
knowledge that Justice Smith had confirmed that the
claim plainly disclosed an alleged cause of action and having examined
the Statement of
Claim and who held that neither Judge Simpson. nor Mrs. West , had
personally denied the allegations, dismissed my application for leave to
appeal to the court of appeal and permitted
the unlawful order of the D/Judge to remain on the court record.
Mr. J. Swales: Hull based Solicitor
who, acting as agent for the Treasury Solicitor, for
Simpson and West, made application to the D/Judge to have the claim
struck out as disclosing
no reasonable cause of action in the certain knowledge that a
cause is plainly alleged in the Statement of Claim as is damage.
Mr. Richardson: Barrister, who opposed my appeal against the District
Judge's order striking
out the claim as disclosing no reasonable cause of action in the absolute
knowledge that the
claim does disclose an alleged cause, as he agreed at the hearing before
Justice Smith.
Apparently Mr. Marshall Rice, who
belatedly published the aforementioned lie that I cheated
the taxi driver and provoked the police, which amounts to libel. That
lie, I conclude, is the
only possible mitigation for trial Judge Simpson's corrupt act in tampering
with police evidence
and that lie, will be known to Justice Smith and others of the judiciary
that have protected him.
Mr. Rice has avoided answering my repeated question to him to state
how he came by that apparent Simpson mitigation.
There are others who apparently know that Mrs West took down false
notes of evidence
dictated by Judge Simpson and that she did provide transcripts of that
false evidence,
purportedly given by two police officers, out of a crimonal trial and
I decline, at this time, to
name them.?
I appreciate the support from some here who've been honest enough
to respond in a
positive manner whether openly, using their true identity, or understandably,
aliases.
